These Terms govern the use of services and content provided by RealtorHubLex. By using the site and our services, you accept these Terms. RealtorHubLex provides specialized legal support for real estate professionals, including contract review, compliance advice and dispute assistance. We strive to deliver practical, legally grounded solutions tailored to the real estate sector in Slovenia and the EU. Using our services creates duties and responsibilities; please read the Terms carefully before engaging.

Eligibility
Services on RealtorHubLex are available to natural persons and legal entities who can enter into binding agreements under applicable law and who meet local eligibility requirements. Use must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must enter into agreements on your behalf.
You agree to use our services lawfully and not for fraudulent, defamatory, infringing or other illegal activities related to real estate transactions or professional conduct.
RealtorHubLex primarily serves clients in Slovenia and the EU. Availability of specific services may vary by jurisdiction and local licensing requirements.
Account and Access
To access certain features, you may need an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping credentials secure.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Misleading or false information may result in suspension of access.
You are responsible for safeguarding login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by RealtorHubLex.
If you believe your account has been compromised, inform us promptly so we can take steps to secure the account and investigate.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms, illegal activity, or to protect other users and the integrity of our services.
Services Provided
RealtorHubLex offers legal services tailored to real estate professionals, including contract drafting and review, compliance checks, risk assessments and representation in negotiations. Service scope is defined in individual engagement agreements.
We may modify service features, pricing or processes. Substantial changes affecting existing engagements will be communicated and managed according to the terms of each agreement.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur; we will seek to minimize disruption.
User Conduct Rules
Users must act professionally and lawfully when using RealtorHubLex services. Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to:
- Submitting false or fraudulent information or documents.
- Using the platform to harass, defraud or threaten others.
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or third-party rights.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the site.
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through platform channels.
- Engaging in illegal or unethical practices related to real estate transactions.
- Failing to cooperate with reasonable inquiries during dispute resolution or compliance checks.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant RealtorHubLex rights needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
Users keep intellectual property rights over their original content. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to do so.
You grant RealtorHubLex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and process submitted content solely to deliver contracted services and improve the platform.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of content you provide. We are not liable for user-submitted content that contains errors or violates third-party rights.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or upon court order. Users can request removal of their content subject to retention obligations.
Intellectual Property
All platform design, branded materials, templates and proprietary tools of RealtorHubLex are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Do not copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display materials without permission.
- Do not create derivative works based on proprietary templates or tools.
- Respect trademarks and brand elements of RealtorHubLex and third parties.
Plačljive storitve in politika vračil
Some services are offered for a fee. Paid engagements are governed by the terms of the specific service agreement and this Terms document.
Pricing is described on the website or in engagement proposals. Fees may vary based on scope, complexity and required expertise.
Payments are processed via secure methods indicated during checkout. Full payment terms are set in the engagement agreement.
Subscription services auto-renew unless cancelled according to the cancellation terms. Users are responsible for managing renewal preferences.
Vračila se obravnavajo posamezno glede na vrsto storitve, že opravljeno delo in določila dogovora. Politika vračil ter morebitno sorazmerno povračilo so navedeni v pogodbi o storitvi.
Cancellation terms, notice periods and any applicable fees are described in the service agreement. Early termination may incur charges for work already performed.
Applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated. Invoices will reflect required tax information for Slovenia.
We may adjust prices for future periods. Active engagements are billed under agreed terms unless renegotiated.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services, collection actions, and liability for associated costs.
Disclaimer
Materials on RealtorHubLex are for informational purposes and general guidance for real estate professionals. They do not constitute personalized legal advice. A formal lawyer-client relationship arises only after a signed engagement agreement and agreed terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RealtorHubLex and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or services. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
Third-Party Providers
We may rely on third-party service providers for payments, hosting or analytics. Use of such providers is subject to their terms and privacy policies. RealtorHubLex is not responsible for third-party policies or actions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for breach of Terms, legal requirements, or to protect our users. Clients may terminate services per cancellation provisions in their agreements.
Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked. Outstanding fees remain payable. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how personal data is collected and processed. By using our services you consent to the practices described in that policy, subject to applicable law.
Communications
We may contact you by email, phone or other means agreed upon for service delivery and notices. Promotional communications require consent where mandated by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts, unless otherwise agreed.
Dispute Resolution
Parties should attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Slovenia in accordance with applicable law.
